Most areas are good, it just needs a lick in areas. There's 2 X staircases on top of each other (4 flights) There is also a small patch on the wall near the staircase (250mmx250mm) that also needs painting. Paint will be supplied. Applicant will need ladder/brush/roller etc. I would estimate this job to take a couple of areas. Applicant to be very mindful of splatters.
