I'm moving out of my apartment and am looking for someone experienced with minor repairs and painting to tidy up a few areas before the final clean/inspection. The work is relatively minor and includes: A few small dings/marks in the walls that need filling, sanding and touching up. One corner of the skirting/trim was chewed by my puppy. I've done my best to fill it already, but it needs to be properly sanded and shaped and then painted to tidy it up. Photo attached. The backs of a number of internal doors have scratches from my cat/dog. These will likely need to be lightly sanded/prepped and repainted as required. One doorstop needs to be replaced. Any other very minor paint touch-ups identified while completing the above. My property manager has confirmed the paint colour as: Dulux Lexicon Half strength in Vivid White Ideally looking for someone who can supply the appropriate paint/materials and leave everything neat and ready for the end-of-lease inspection. Timing: I'm looking to have this completed sometime between Friday 21 August and Wednesday 26 August, with Wednesday 26 August being the absolute latest, so everything has plenty of time to dry before the property is professionally cleaned. Licensed Electrician – One Circuit Keeps Tripping Looking for a licensed electrician to diagnose and repair an electrical fault at our house. One circuit has been intermittently tripping at the switchboard and has now tripped again and won’t stay switched back on. All other circuits are working normally. We’re not sure what is causing the fault. It could be something simple such as a power point. We have had possums around the roof in the past, so there is also a possibility the wiring could be involved, but this is only a guess. Looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to assist with a few minor plumbing issues at my unit in Elsternwick: 1. Kitchen mixer tap is very stiff to turn on and off * Particularly bad after not being used for a while. * I have tried WD-40 with no improvement. * Looking for repair if possible, otherwise advice on replacement. 2. Bathroom basin click-clack plug is jammed shut * Push-button style plug. * Completely stuck and won’t pop up or unscrew. 3. Second basin plug not operating correctly * Also a push-button/click-clack style plug that needs inspection and repair or replacement. Ideally looking for someone who can diagnose and fix all three issues in one visit. Happy to pay for replacement parts if required, but would prefer repairs where possible.

Paint touch ups required around staircase. Needing white paint touch ups on walls around staircase where the staircase stringers meet the wall (approximate 30mm above the top of the stringer). Most areas are good, it just needs a lick in areas. There's 2 X staircases on top of each other (4 flights) There is also a small patch on the wall near the staircase (250mmx250mm) that also needs painting. Paint will be supplied. Applicant will need ladder/brush/roller etc. I would estimate this job to take a couple of areas. Applicant to be very mindful of splatters.
