PSE Pump motor burnt out while the car was sitting and off. Replaced motor. Motor ran continuously. Disassembled unit, cleaned node actuators and tested... all seemed to operate (some stronger than others) rebuilt unit. Motor still runs almost continuously and nothing works (boot release, central locking, head rests) I need someone who is familiar with this kind of unit to see if they can fix it at half the price Mercedes will. If you cannot fix it, I will still pay if you can adequately show why it cannot be repaired

Supply and build new concrete steps in porch area.

Gate: fix and reinforce the bolts and screws in wall for lock to go into (see photo - the cement has worn away around screw) Pelaton bike - carry up about 15 stairs. Probably need 2 people for this (50-60kg)

Looking for someone experienced to help hang wall frames and wall lamps in my home.
