My hardwired EV charger circuit breaker in the switchboard won’t stay on and trips immediately when switched on. Need a licensed electrician to inspect and fix.

I want to grind these Yucca stumps (I can do the grinding myself) but they are too tall right now and I don’t have a long bar chainsaw to cut them. I need someone to cut them so that they are no more than 30cm above ground level. Current very rough measurements (width x height) are: Stump 1 - 100cm x 65cm Stump 2 - 70cm x 60cm Stump 3 - 80cm x 50cm Stump 4 - 110cm x 80cm

I need some walls to be repaired from picture hooks and a few small paint rips size of a 10 cent coin. Paint need to be matched to wall colours that have faded in different rooms so a painter is preferred. Current paint match has not worked.
