Hi, I need a professional painter to clean up some painting before our property is open for inspection on Saturday. The job is to (1) redo the underside of cornices in two small rooms (laundry and bathroom), and (2) smooth a couple of rough surfaces left by other tradies and repaint. I can supply paint. (The bathroom is a little tight with toilet and shower. I have a normal sized ladder but it may help if you bring something to get into the corners).

I have some verrry old fashioned taps in both my shower and bathroom sink. I attempted to remove the top of the taps recently to replace the washers, but I just couldn't get them undone. I am getting very little water out of my cold shower tap atm, which I'm hoping is just a washer issue.

Need to change washers in shower taps to stop leak, or replace taps if necessary.

Tap won’t stop turning and is very loose. Needs tightening.
