Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced professional caulker/sealer to help seal gaps between floorboards and skirting boards throughout my home. The goal is to prevent drafts and improve insulation, so I’m after a clean, high-quality job — not a quick handyman fix. Details: 90sqm internal floor area 5 rooms need sealing Timber: original Baltic pine floorboards Gaps vary in size – some may require foam backing rod or appropriate packing material before sealing Preference for premium sealant materials that will last (no budget/cheap options) The work can likely be completed in a full day or half day, depending on efficiency. Looking for someone who: Has experience with uneven timber floors and older homes Works neatly and takes pride in a quality finish Can recommend or supply the right materials for a long-lasting result If this sounds like you, please share your experience, availability, and whether you can supply materials. Photos of past work would be a bonus.
