Part of the ceiling has collapsed. There’s also leaks coming from behind an AC unit, in kitchen above fridge when rainfall is heavy. Also a leak in covered gate entrance just outside the front door. Need someone urgently to help with the hole in the ceiling and inspect other leaks. Quote negotiable

These are wooden Danish JM Birking recliners. The straps are Fagas straps ie plastic with angled metal clips at each end. I have all the clips. I need these clips to be put onto new straps. Or the old straps with their clips and existing strapping can be connected to new straps. Ty.

Install 2 indoor floating shelves, install ships bell at front door (holes drilled but needs filling) and replace tap with decorative tap. Not sure the taps are there same connection size so may need adjustment.

We have completed Reno on kitchen and need kitchen tap connected back to water and will soon Reno bathroom and need to cap all water supply asap

I need 8 small ramps made from wood. The ramps are for steps for my dogs (which can’t use stairs due to back issues), but will also need to be able to take the weight of a human (110kg). The ramps are not permanent, more so solid enough to stay put (perhaps with some non slip mat under neath). The two areas are: 1) outside. There are two steps and I require 6 ramps in total. A) For the top step the approx measurement is 15cm high, 23cm deep, and 88cm long. I need 3 ramps this size. These ramps will sit on the stair itself. B) for the bottom step (where you step up from ground level) the approx measurement is 20cm high, 34cm deep and 88cm long. These ramps will sit at ground level and be pushed up against the step. The material needs to be suitable for outside. The ramps need to be lacquered / stained. 2) inside. There are 2 steps and I require 2 ramps in total. A) for the top step the approx measurement is 13cm high, and 25cm deep and 121cm long. I require 1 ramp this size. This ramp will sit on the stair itself. B) for the bottom step (where you step up from ground level) the approx measurement is 14cm high, 25cm deep and 121cm long. I require 1 ramp this size. The material needs to be suitable for inside. This ramp will sit on the ground level, and be pushed up against the step. Both ramps need to be lacquered/ stained. The task would involve a measurement on side to ensure all dimensions are correct (Marrickville), and the completed ramps made and brought back to the house no later than 2 May. I have attached pictures of the 2 steps inside, and the 2 steps outside. THANK YOU!

To move washing machine redfern to Matravill

I don't have approval to bolt it down to my concrete slab so it will just be free standing. I'm fine with that. It's flat pack so just needs setting up. I'm not handy with tools so if you are able to assist that would be much appreciated. Patching and sandy likely required to achieve final smooth surface My apartment has also had two paint repair work that need repair - one is a small dent and the other is a spot (size about 50mm x 50mm where the paint has peeled off as I accidentally stuck something on it). I can supply you the paint. Am after a smooth surface after the job is complete

Two kitchen mixer taps need to be fixed. 1. Downstairs - the tap has come loose and needs to be fixed 2. Upstairs - handle of mixer has come off and it’s loose when put back on.

Hi All, firstly I believe I posted this task a couple of weeks ago and I got some brilliant responses. I am sorry for not getting back to anyone who responded I ended up being out of Sydney for a while and have just gotten to a point where I could sort this out now and cant find any info about the task. Having said all that I have two over the bath taps that need replacing as they are broken. I now have the taps to replace them and just need someone a qualified plumber to install them.
