I’m looking for someone with a mini excavator to remove several tree stumps and major roots from my backyard. After the stumps and roots are removed, I need all waste and debris taken away. The ground then needs to be properly levelled and prepared ready for new turf. I need the area finished to a suitable level and condition so that turf can be laid afterwards, not just roughly levelled. The area is approximately 7m × 4m (around 28m²). I have four tree stumps and quite a few leaves to be removed from the ground. I can supply the skip to dispose of the garbage, and I have a rake that you can use, but I would need the person doing the work to provide a leaf blower and any other equipment required to complete the work. The root of the tree stumps need to be removed, not just the actual stump that is sticking out of the ground.

Today preferred / Saturday Leaking kitchen tap and shower. I have renovation plans for both areas this year and want quick fixes for now. I would say its likely a tap washer, Orings, or reseating taps thats needed (you supply and include in final price). Taps are Wall-mounted and hot/cold separated. Shower seems to have a leak from the hot tap and the showerhead. Kitchen just from the sprout.
