The toilet seat on a built-in type toilet is loose and I can’t see where it might be tightened so you would need some background in this also leaking taps. I also wish to consider changing the taps in the kitchen, which comes out of the wall to one that comes out of the bench This would be a different job and require different talents. Cannot confirm any concrete evidence of pests but sometimes, we let intrusive thoughts take hold. Nature is already ruined by this manmade landscape called Sydney city baby. So stuff the bees. Need you to stuff steel wool in every crevice in the floorboards, wall, any entry opportunities, underneath my garage where I literally fought a rat trying to get in… which means they already in. And top it off with the plethora of gap fillers from my manic Bunnings trip. ALSO some help with other tidbits like spraying my diy pest spray around the perimeter of my small terrace city studio unit. Any tips for my balcony plant sitch to deter bees n wasps. Sweep the balcony or help take down three pieces of laundry I’ve abandoned outside ever since bee flew inside so I left it to the forces of all weather since. Hot water tap in shower wall is loose and spinning.. hard to turn hot water on and off… and tap in kitchen sink is not tight loose at the bench. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 2 February 2024

I have two lamps that have wire issues which need replacement, and I'm looking for help to do it from an electrician. Parts will be required. The first lamp is in the shape of a cat and currently has a european wall socket with an E14 bulb. I'd like to keep this bulb as it fits inside the glass cover. The second is a tall standing lamp. One of the sockets has stopped working (I've replaced the bulb, promise) - Due date: Flexible
