Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced home theatre / AV technician to help troubleshoot and fix my sound system. I have an older Pioneer AV receiver connected to an Epson projector. The system has 6 speakers connected (surround setup). The issue is that there is no audio output, even when using HDMI and even when we tested it with a TV. We’ve tried basic troubleshooting (changing cables, power cycling, different HDMI connections), but it still doesn’t work. The receiver is also behaving strangely and may not be responding properly (possibly not turning off correctly). I’m not sure if it’s a settings issue, wiring issue, or if the receiver is faulty. I’d prefer someone to diagnose it properly and get it working again if possible, rather than replacing it immediately. We have just moved into a new house in Elsternwick, Vic. We tried to install the hot and cold taps of the washing machine to the taps under the sink but they are leaking (from the top top of the brass tap). Image of similar tap attached.

I have a dead tree that I need cut back. Don’t think we can remove the stump but I need 4 tree trunks removed highest would be approximately 7m tall.

Hi, need to replace old taps to new taps. New taps are provided.

I want to remove the old grout between the bathroom floor tiles and the wall tiles and re-grout the gaps.

Replace two shower taps and the shower head. Current fittings are old and worn. I want black replacements, standard models easily sourced from Bunnings-type suppliers. Please supply the parts and handle installation.

Chase piping in block work, remove current spout and handle and drop down into cupboard area with 4X stop cocks , 1 set for mixer & 1 set for dishwasher

Existing concrete steps into garden require tiling. Three steps as per picture, including side flanks (that will require levelling). Steps shallow and 1.2m wide each. Tiles already purchased (outdoor terrazzo. 10mm thick) Quality job required with softened mitres for corners (no trim). Only quote if you are comfortable with mitre corners for step edge

Leaking to be fixed. One is sink and another shower tap. No need to replace any tap. Fix the leaking. Posting as I don’t have tools.
