I have cut down some mature bushes but need someone to either grind the stumps / roots or chop up with a chainsaw and remove.

I have a deck which is 6 metres x 2.8 metres. Then 2 steps x1 metre either side of the deck. And the Landing on the other side of the house which is 3.3 metres long x 1 metre in width. Then 2 steps x 3.3 metres. Must have own equipment and be experienced with sanding decks. I will supply the necessary supplies for the task. Eg Sandpaper etc. Would prefer the job to be completed on the same day.

Hi Basilis A. I have 3 palm tree stumps to be ground down to allow for a concrete slab to be poured. The image shows the trees as they are, however I will cut them to ground level. Just need them ground down please. Stumps located in the front yard so easy access however up against existing concrete paths and a fence. Happy to payy csh if you prefer.

Please fix dripping tap in laundry and dripping shower in bathroom. Taps needs service, probably new washers.
