To install - 3 hanging lights in the kitchen

I am looking to replace a downlight which is located above the stairs with a light-weight LED Pendant light.

Looking at getting 4 downlights installed in my lounge room with a dimmer switch as well as a power point installed outside for a sauna Sauna is a standard power point Single story unit

Replace 2 outdoor lights to new lights.

Replace 4 down light in lounge room 1 in toilet. Install exhaustfan and lights in bathroom that stop working and re install heat lights which I’ve already bought and am happy to buy new exhaust fan and down light fixture just need the labour done . I have higher then normal ceilings

Complete install of home 3-1 bathroom heater with switch on the wall. 1st floor unit in Marleston. The 300mm hole is available. Old light needs removing.

The wire on my recliner chair has been damaged and needs fixing

I have 13ish ft (might be 12, not entirely sure) ceilings, and my dodgy landlord put the cheapest smoke detector he could find in. It's now beeping, and slowly driving me insane. I need someone with a 10ft/3m ladder to come take a look. I've got no idea of the make or battery type required, so ideally someone like a sparky who might have it handy, or who's happy to do a bunnings run for me would be good. I'm disabled, so climbing a ladder isn't something I can do and really just want the job done with minimal stuffing around. Only one is beeping but it'd be good if you could take a look at the other one too and make sure it's clean and not going to start screaming anytime soon. One smoke alarm is in a hallway, the other isn't so a step ladder is probably better than an extension ladder.

Require supply & repair/replacement of 2 light switches/plates located in lounge and toilet. Room A -> Clipsal 2-bang with dimmer (32E400M) : Top rocker (connected to down lights) is broken - requires replacement. Bottom rocker works OK. Room B -> Clipsal 2-bang | Both rockers faulty (connected to light and fan in toilet). Can intermittently get both to power up if fiddling with switch - rockers appears faulty. Both plates are cream / beige in colour. I get a sense this colour might have been discontinued from what I can find on the web (Clipsal). If rockers of this colour can't be sourced, a white plate & switch replacement for all is fine. Also appreciate diagnosis of fan in Toilet once switch is fixed. Can hear it buzzing but unsure if spinning correctly. Need to determine whether motor is blown. Wednesday (9th), Thursday PM (10th) or Friday (11th) preferred.

Mend a wall plug. A small plug has fallen into the wall cavity that enables out TV to work. Please see.photos as it is hard to explain

I need three power points installed.

1 x light fixture need installation and wiring in bedroom ceiling. 1 x display spotlights not working, unsure if needs new lightbulb or faulty wiring? 1 x outdoor spotlight not working, probably need new lightbulb but unsure either. All 3 jobs could be as simple as needing a light globe replacement but it could also be needing rewiring of some sort, I am unsure so a qualified electrian would be good.

I have four phone sockets in my house, but currently, only one is active. I need someone to check and reconnect the other four, so they work properly and so can move the modem to another room. The phone line is already active from the street to the house. The job involves identifying the wiring setup and ensuring all sockets are correctly connected.
