Looking for someone to diagnose the issue and either repair or replace what’s needed. All lights and fan are easily accessible (single-storey home). Please bring any tools or parts that may be required — I’m happy to cover the cost of any replacement components if needed.

Heat pump stopped working, not sure what's wrong with it

I need 40 existing power points and 30 existing light switches in one single level house changed over to smart power points and smart switches. ALL power points and switches have already been purchased and all are SAA Compliant. Refer to included pictures for more detail. The majority of the switches are single gang, however there a are few multi gang switches.

Only the power points are not working — the lights are working fine. There is a circuit breaker / switch in the power box that keeps flicking off, and when turned back on, it trips immediately again. The affected areas include: Kitchen (power points) Lounge (power points) Garage (power points – chest freezer located here) End room (power points) There is a fridge and a chest freezer with food inside. I have FTTP NBN with the NBN fibre box (NTD) located in the garage. Currently, my router connects via ethernet to a data point downstairs (study). I want to keep this existing downstairs connection and add a second Cat6 ethernet point upstairs so I can relocate the router out of a new nursery. One ceiling fan to be replaced with a new fan purchased. The fan speed setting stopped working a while ago, and removed the control from another fan and replaced, but still did not work. So will also require the control box returned to the other fan. Hope this makes some sence? The photo is the existing fan, the new fan is similar. The existing fan has been discontinued.
