Conduit needs to be from the nbn box, into the roof cavity, across the front of the house, and down the inside of the side wall. There is no manhole access to the roof and it is a small space so likely some roof sheets need to be removed and reinstalled

Seeking a qualified technician to conduct a professional service for a residence installed Panasonic 2.5kW Econavi Reverse Cycle Wall Inverter Mounted Split System air conditioner. Problems highlighted in the report: Three Unprotected Power Circuits 16 Amp Under the Residential Tenancies Act, it is compulsory to have all lights and power points protected by safety switches by March 2023. Main Earth Continuity Test Failed The main earth electrode has failed an earth continuity test. This indicates the earthing of this installation is insufficient. A functioning earth connection creates a path for electrical current to return to the ground and minimizes the danger of electric shock in the event of a short circuit. This issue did not meet the threshold for immediate disconnection but should be rectified as soon as possible.
