I have a dual power point (pictured) in the skirting in one room. It's used for electronic stuff, so monitor/laptop/phone chargers/router/NBN FTTP etc using a 6 way power board. Noticed a buzzing at the power point, disconnected everything, noticed the power socket attached to the power board looks melted/fried. Will throw that power board in the bin. Expect I require a new power point to be installed and tested, would love to go to a 4 socket if feasible to avoid similar issues in future.
