I'm wanting to get a power point installed for the mezzanine area. There is a bathroom on the other side with power points, I'm not sure if this helps?

Hi, Looking for a certified sparky to install 2x Exhaust fan/Lights/Heat light in both our bath rooms. Exhaust fan is not working. Was going to purchase them but unsure which one is best for making it an easy job, Also looking to have a new power point installed behind the pictured bed side table.
