Kitchen Powerpoint not working

Need someone to bring the bulb (buy it) and install into lighting fixture. One bulb needs replacing, all others are working. Must have a tall ladder as ceiling is 10ft tall. Bulb specifications are pictured. Fix 2 Ethernet wall plugs (the switch has fallen behind accidentally after pushing it in too hard).
