Installation of 2 double power points

We’re renovating a house and need to decommission approx 10 power points, move 3 power points from middle of the wall to skirting board level and rough in power for two TV’s.

I need a licensed electrician to install a power point under the kitchen bench inside the cabinet for my gas cooktop. The lead is already inside the cabinet. There is a power point on top of the bench which is likely where a new one needs to be pulled from. I’ve attached some pics. Happy to share more if required.
