Repair/replace NBN wall port

Hi, I have a connection issue in my new apartment. The ISP said the line is active to the MDF, but there is a fault or a missing jumper between the MDF and my internal socket. Are you a licensed cabler who can do MDF jumpering?

Switchboard, NBN and cabinet / rack Relocate the existing in-unit distribution board (switchboard) from its current position above the fridge into the cabinet immediately to the left, so that cabinet becomes the designated control space. I am planning for the rack section of the cabinetry to have ventilation fans in or on the cabinet door (similar to AV/rack cooling products). Please allow for suitable power within the cabinet for these fans and advise on any requirements or limitations regarding ventilation openings given the presence of the switchboard.

The NBN cable does not have a proper cap on it, so the wire is exposed and comes out of the port easily. Please supply the proper cap and install on the cable, ensuring it plugs into the NBN port.

My Gyprock guy patched up where the nbn line is so I need a new line done and also have a chandelier and 3 wall lights that need to be installed

Need help connecting my NBN modem to pre-existing connection. Have tried to do it myself with no luck! Hopefully should be straight forward for someone more tech savvy! Have included photos of my modem and connection point as best I can.

We need someone to dig a ca 8m trench for an NBN conduit. It needs to be 30 cm deep and runs from the house to the boundary. Ideally we want to keep the grass to cover it again. NB: the photo shows the front of the house. The trench needs to be slightly to the right. It’s a clear strip from the house to the boundary.

I have FTTP NBN with the NBN fibre box (NTD) located in the garage. Currently, my router connects via ethernet to a data point downstairs (study). I want to keep this existing downstairs connection and add a second Cat6 ethernet point upstairs so I can relocate the router out of a new nursery. Hi there 👋 I had an NBN fibre upgrade appointment, but the technician couldn’t complete the installation because I wanted the indoor NBN connection box/modem installed in my closet (where my current setup is). He said he couldn’t use the existing cable path as it runs inside the brick facade, and therefore couldn’t get a new fibre through to that point. He also didn’t install the outdoor unit for the same reason. He advised me to get a licensed electrician/data cabler to: Create a new cable path or conduit from outside (where NBN will mount the outdoor unit) to the closet where I want the modem. Ensure the cable route is ready for NBN to return and complete the fibre connection. Job details: Single-storey brick home 🏡 Need neat, NBN-compliant cabling or conduit installed Easy access to both outdoor wall and closet Just need the cable path ready — NBN will handle the fibre install once this part is done Timing: Flexible — weekday or weekend is fine. Need to change HFC NBN port location. Currently it's in the living room and i'd like to change it to my bedroom. Theres an old ADSL port thats currently in the bedroom which might help with drilling.

NBN technicians advised that a conduit is required for the NBN box to be installed in a specific room. It needs to be run through the roof or along the wall. Possible 10m

We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity. I’ve attached images of the external box, the internal port location, and an aerial view of the house showing where the cable needs to be run through the roof. Im flexible with cost.

Move NBN from front of the house to the study cupboard. Recent renovations and electrician advised there was plenty of cable for this if we wanted to do it in future. Single story home. Tiled roof.

Unfortunately our puppy ate our NBN cable 😅 would love someone to come fix/replace it. If you offer to also install puppy proofing cover on the new cable, would love that too!

NBN cable is in the roof of my yoga studio and nerds to be relocated so the ntd and modem can be plugged in near a power point. It is quite long so allows some leeway. Hopefully install a cable wall plate so it’s tidy?
