I need an existing NBN box and 2 x existing power points relocated to the top of the wall they are currently located so cupboards can be installed. I’ll be purchasing new power points as I want 4 of them next to the box when moved. I’m not sure if there is enough NBN cable underground to relocate it or what is needed. It just needs to be moved to the very top of a wall approximately 3 meters. And 4 power points wired up and installed. Please only respond if you are qualified to work with cabling and electrical. Our property has fibre to the node, however the connection in the house which is need to plug the modem into is not wired. Needing someone to wire this up today if possible. The wires are under the house already. See blue box, dotted line and wall plate in the diagram.

I need a qualified technician to replace or re-terminate a chewed NBN optical fibre cable inside my home. The damage is approximately a metre down the cable.

NBN has just been installed but due to the location of the modem it is in the garage and reception is rubbish. Need to add connector to blue internet cable and then check connection at indoor wall socket, then relocate the modem to indoors.

Need to change HFC NBN port location. Currently it's in the living room and i'd like to change it to my bedroom. Theres an old ADSL port thats currently in the bedroom which might help with drilling.

We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity. I’ve attached images of the external box, the internal port location, and an aerial view of the house showing where the cable needs to be run through the roof. Im flexible with cost.

Move NBN from front of the house to the study cupboard. Recent renovations and electrician advised there was plenty of cable for this if we wanted to do it in future. Single story home. Tiled roof.

Unfortunately our puppy ate our NBN cable 😅 would love someone to come fix/replace it. If you offer to also install puppy proofing cover on the new cable, would love that too!

NBN cable is in the roof of my yoga studio and nerds to be relocated so the ntd and modem can be plugged in near a power point. It is quite long so allows some leeway. Hopefully install a cable wall plate so it’s tidy?

My Airbnb guests say the wifi is “not working”. I can’t be more specific , sorry. They have turned the modem off, then on again. I’ve checked and there are no NBN outages, nor service provider outages. I’d like to add cables one direct to the NBN outlet (to eliminate wifi problems) and one to the aerial (so free to air broadcast TV is available)

I recently got a Mate NBN subscription and received my Wi-Fi router. NBN technicians installed the black Arris box in my garage, but I’d prefer to have the router set up in the living room. Need someone to: • Check if the living room coax outlet works • Connect everything correctly • Make sure the internet is online and Wi-Fi works Haven’t bought any extra cables or adapters yet — please bring what’s needed. Located in Collaroy Plateau. Should be a quick job for someone familiar with NBN setups.

Relocate the NBN box as in the picture to a different location (to a pole) Also disconnect the other line, not the power line but the telstra or TV cable The electricity cable is going to be handled by the power company

I have a long NBN cable running along my hall that I would like hidden as much as possible. Perhaps nailed to the wall and painted or put under the floor boards.
