Looking for a local, experienced electrician to update cbus programming for light settings at a large restaurant in Parramatta, as well as help with the following- 1. Repair or replace LED light strips under bar shelving, restaurant seating, wine cellar etc. 2. Repair or replace track lighting. See photo attached.

Need the following done- 1. Fix bathroom ceiling exhaust that has now stopped working. Most likely just a loose connection after it's switch was recently changed for a new one, following which it was working intermittently for a few weeks before it stopped working completely. 2. Replace hardwired outdoor led floodlight that has also recently stopped working with plug in outdoor led floodlight by installing a power point that the new floodlight can plug into.

Painter sprayed primer on 6 solar panels (@$%#) 😬 and now it needs to be removed in the most economical way possible so it can actually save us more money than the cost of having it removed through this task. Please comment with the method you will use to remove the primer without causing any damage to the panels and cost.

Replace the on and off switch of the lamp.

Licensed and Insured Electrician needed to install ceiling exhaust fan (ducted to outside through teracotta tiled roof) above shower as pictured. The house is double brick. Also pictured is the current wall exhaust, light switch, additional power points etc. Ceiling exhaust, roof vent and replacement light/exhaust switch as well as power points will be purchased per your recommendation. Offer to include complete installation of exhaust ventilation system including internal wiring through ceiling/walls and replacement of light/exhaust switch and power points with a more modern version. Scope for further work includes: - Replacement of ceiling fluro light fitting pictured in the attached with multi spotlight unit from Ikea for same bathroom - Install of 1 more multi spotlight unit from Ikea in 2nd bathroom - Replacement of 2 x outdoor light fittings that were recently installed (no additional wiring needed) - Replacement of 2 x ceiling fans in bedrooms - Reconnect power to 2 x wall power points in living and dining room via subfloor access to wiring

Few tasks for now (can be done anytime over the next 2 weeks)- 1. Replace 20 LED globes (cool white) for new ones (warm white). 2. Replace 1 pendant light. 3. Replace 1 fan. 4. Replace 1 existing external light with new but similar fitting (different style) light and install 1 new matching external light. I will supply all parts and fittings. Few other tasks that can be done in a few weeks to be discussed (more pendant lights, smart doorbell, remove old alarm system, install new alarm system, cameras etc), but not part of this task or offer.
