Install two new electrical power points at the old hub location and a RJ45 data port. 4. Install four CCTV cameras. NO new cabling or additional power supply needed. All necessary infrastructure is already in place.

I need a licensed cabler or electrician: For a two storey building; supply and install NBN conduit for FTTP. Ensure the cable remains hidden within the walls and avoids any external visibility; no wiring pipes or conduits run outside of the wall. Install either a fiber optic cable or ethernet cable into the conduit, or alternatively, a pull cord. Route the cable from the PCD at the garage to the roof cavity: Continue the cable from the roof cavity down to the desired hub location inside the house: Note; Utilise the existing hub wall plate located directly behind a "waste stack column" for cable runs. This column provides a direct connection point to the roof cavity. Install 2 wall plates for ceiling audio speakers (12) and 7.1 home theater (7). There are already cables hanging loose at the locations where the wall plates need to be installed. You don't need to run any new cables, just connect the existing ones to the plates. This involves soldering the audio cable ends to the appropriate terminals on the wall plates. I have the wall plates and connector terminals already purchased.

I got 2 TVs at home. One downstairs and one upstairs. Air conditioning unit is connected to Clipsal Bus. The unit doesn't turn on in the late evening hrs when it's very humid. No issues turning on the unit other times of the day.
