We've just moved and I need help installing my washing machine and heat pump dryer. I think there has been some cross threading of the screw of the washing machine and the hoses may be too short to drain into the laundry sink.

There is a phone line in the property which has been wired to an alarm system. There is no phone jack in the house. I need this to be rewired into a phone jack (see pic) so I can connect ADSL. A simple wired jack would be adequate - doesn't require a wall socket.
