I have purchased some Sleepy Time Side Channel Tracks that need installing around a bedroom window. They have tape already on them so need to be stuck on and possibly they may need to be screwed into the wall as well (screws not provided). Also, it looks like one of the chain hold down screws/mechanism at the bottom will need to be repositioned slightly across to allow the track to fit (will also require drilling brick wall). Want someone with attention to detail.

AusGrid just replaced a power box that we draw electricity from. They said that before we use our aircon we need an electrician to come and “phase rotation is to be confirmed before energising”. We have a pretty new fuse box- we had it replaced with a new one about a year ago when we moved in here, so I imagine it should be straightforward enough. The AC unit says “daikin code ertor u1”, so we need that fixed.

We got a new light fixture and require someone to remove the old one and install the new one

1. Need kitchen GPO replaced due to water damage from old roof leak, leak now fixed but GPO was corroded and needed to be removed, wires look ok so should be an easy fix 2. Potential for a second job

Tenant reporting bulb has blown in a ceiling fan. They have apparently replaced the bulb with no luck. Fan still works fine.
