Hi, I have an outdoor fan installed when house was new .. it doesn’t work and builder is not available to fix. I believe the cable needs to be found . I have a remote for the unit but doesn’t work. Also need electrician to fix my garage light sensor. which plays up and works whenever it wants to. Cash can be $60 an hour until fixed or flat price can be negotiated. Must know what they’re doing and experienced with feedback in order to get this job. Price listed is for 2 hours, any further hours will be $60 an hour cash. I’m guessing this could easily take 5-7 hours. Cheers

I accidentally unscrewed the wiring inside a modern table lamp socket. The plastic holder isn’t cracked, no burn marks or melting, wires appear intact, just detached. The lamp is intact — it just needs the holder rewired and secured. I am in Burleigh and can drop it in to surrounding local areas. Standard screw bulb lamp holder — wiring came loose when the top was twisted

We have moved house recently and need to replace some plug sockets with modern ones and replace fluorescent tube lights with spotlights. - Approx 8 sockets to replace - install 1 new double socket (approx 3m from existing sockets, plasterboard wall) - remove x3 fluorescent lights install 6-8 spotlights in ceiling - remove x1 pendant lamp and replace with spotlight - replace combined fan/light switch - move x2 power sockets down about 1m (plasterboard wall) I can buy the sockets to replace the existing ones. Entry to the crawlspace is next to the room with the fluorescent lights.

One ceiling fan to be replaced with a new fan purchased. The fan speed setting stopped working a while ago, and removed the control from another fan and replaced, but still did not work. So will also require the control box returned to the other fan. Hope this makes some sence? The photo is the existing fan, the new fan is similar. The existing fan has been discontinued.
