Air conditioner not working

The electrics in the two story house have tripped from the heavy overnight rain. All appliances are out. Unsure if it’s a result of moisture inside or outside the house.

need power point installed, need one moved and some lights need changing please

Pendant is made up of seperate discs which are joined together by thin wires that hold each disc onto the other. I need someone to rewire as the bottom discs have fallen off. They are purely cosmetic, ie just need the discs reconnected to each other with the wires on the slots, the rest of the light is in tact and does not need to be adjusted (ie light fitting is working perfectly), top part of the light. 4 flat pieces of stainless steel plus the base ( as per pic) need to be rewired to put it all back together, that is, connect it to the existing pieces.

There is definitely gas to the property as the stove is working. It appears there is no gas going to the heater for some reason. I've checked the knobs at the heater and the meter and both are in line with the pipe in the on position. No gas to heater cant smell or hear anything when turning the gas knob and trying to reignite pilot. Heater is a Rheem.
