Replace 2x smoke alarms (240v) which have expired (10 years old). Both are accessible using a standard A-frame ladder. Additionally, at a different property in Research (next suburb over from Eltham), there is 1 smoke alarm which requires re-attaching to the ceiling (as the inspector CheckHero has left it dangling by the wire).

Kill light switch and tv cable in other wall of main. 5. Move light switch and change single light to 4 down lights. 6. Move light switch 1.5m further along the wall.
