Water out again Pilot light in the gas burner hot water system seems to have gone out. Flicking the switch off and on in the past few weeks would relight it and hot water would start again, but over time the water duration got less and less and now rarely works. Don’t want a new system, just the pilot light fixed.

I am looking for an electrician to install a couple of wall lights. A spare functional switch is already there and the wall lights need to be connected to it. Two downlights to be changed to new downlights, its 120mm downlight need to be changed to standard downlight.

There are old light replaced with new lights, old lights is removed and there are holes on the ceiling, thise ceilings needs to be patched and colored.There are around 14 holes.

Our front lights trip the lighting circuit when turned on. There are two lights in the garden which I think it probably is. If necessary they can be disconnected.

Looking for someone to install one (possibly two) AC split systems at my place. Planning to put a split system in the living room prob around 3-3.5kW max. There is a dedicated circuit for the 6kW window box Kelvinator upstairs. Considering to also replace it for a split system 2-2.5kW or get another window wall box. Wanting to make both ran in the same dedicated circuit so no overloads. Feel free if you want to come over to have a better look and provide a quote with mid-premium brands.
