The Issue: One of the black, cylindrical track spotlights on our main sales floor is constantly flickering. This is disruptive to the store's atmosphere and needs to be resolved. The Job: The task is to find the cause of the flickering, perform the necessary repair, and provide spare parts. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Diagnosing the cause of the flickering (e.g., faulty LED unit, failing driver, or a loose connection). 3. Supplying and installing a new, like-for-like replacement track light fitting if the existing one is faulty. 4. Supplying an additional two (2) spare track light fittings of the same model and leaving them with the store team for future use. 5.
