I’m looking for a qualified and experienced air conditioning technician to: • Diagnose and fix a water leak coming from my split system indoor unit • Carry out a full service of the system • Service and inspect both indoor and outdoor units • Check refrigerant/gas levels and overall system performance Please note: the unit was recently cleaned as part of an end of lease clean. While servicing, both the indoor and outdoor units must be kept clean and maintained in their current condition. No mess or additional dirt should be left behind. Please bring all required tools and equipment.

I’m looking for a licensed technician to inspect and repair a split system air conditioner (Nexus KFR 60GW/T) that is operating intermittently. The unit sometimes turns on normally but at other times does not respond, and on a few occasions it has not switched off via the remote, requiring shutdown from the external power box. The remote control is brand new with new batteries, so the issue does not appear to be related to the remote itself. It may be a communication fault between the indoor unit and receiver, or a control board/electrical issue. Please provide availability and a quote for diagnosis and repair. Serial number can be provided if required.

I’m seeking help with (1) a severe vibration/resonance issue on my existing split system, and (2) a quote to supply and install 3 new split systems for the bedrooms at my property in Wilson (Perth). 1. Existing AC – Severe Vibration/Resonance (Outdoor Unit) * The outdoor unit is wall-mounted on a weatherboard exterior wall. * Fan-only mode is quiet, but when cooling/heating starts (compressor running), the unit vibrates heavily and produces a strong low-frequency hum. * The vibration/resonance transmits through the wall/timber frame into the adjacent bedroom and is disturbing sleep. Could you please inspect and advise the best fix? I’m open to solutions such as: * identifying/eliminating any pipe contact points or mounting issues * installing proper anti-vibration isolators/mounts (suitable for low-frequency vibration) * reinforcing/reworking the bracket if required * relocating the outdoor unit to a ground slab/stand if that’s the most effective option 2. New Install – Quote for 3x Bedroom Split Systems I’d like to install 3 split systems in the bedrooms. AIR NOT WORKING . It IS DUCTED, AIR NOT LFOWING AROUND THE ROOMS

-the AC turns on only on the fan mode, not on the cold mode. The fan outside isn’t spinning when turned on -Deep clean of one air conditioner unit. Last cleaned 12 months ago and not used much in the last couple of months.

My LG split system air conditioner showing error code CH44. After checking the outdoor unit, I found a broken wire. I’m assuming it may be related to a thermostat sensor issue, need a qualified technician to repair. Thanks

The external unit is not starting properly. Indoor units work fine, but the outdoor fan was not spinning and now only spins slowly / intermittently. No loud noises. Likely run capacitor or electrical issue. Looking for diagnosis and repair ASAP.

Not sure what’s wrong but I need my air con fixed. 2 weeks ago it stopped turning on and not it shows E1 sign. Tried turning switch board off and on which makes it work for 30 seconds then turns off.

Currently, water is leaking from overflow on the float as the pump is showing signs of restrictions and over heating. SCOPE OF WORKS; Isolate AC. Drain and remove failed pump.
