I would like to install an air conditioner in our master bedroom. I need body corporate approval for where the outside unit will go - I have an idea but would like the opinion of the installer. Once I get approval, the installation can happen in January.

Two part job. The first part is to remove two existing ACs (2.5kw, back to back, easy access). We are then demolishing an internal wall to make a big room, and then wanted an AC installed (prob 7kw) where the old wall was, but piping run through ceiling (about 8m) so base unit can be out the back.
