I am getting an electric gate installed in the next couple weeks, and they need a powerpoint installed for the gate machine. There is a electric cable there (see picture) that was done when the house was built, but I need an electrician to come and put a power point on it.

Hi, I am the owner of an apartment in Brisbane City and need a licensed electrician for two small tasks: ​1. Replace 1x Double Power Point: I have already purchased the new Hager Silhouette power point (see photo). It is a like-for-like replacement. ​2. Replace 1x Kitchen Downlight: One integrated LED downlight is out (see photo). Please provide a new LED downlight fitting and install it for me. ​IMPORTANT: The existing lights are WARM WHITE (yellowish light). Please ensure the replacement matches this color temperature exactly. ​Requirements: ​Must be a licensed electrician. ​Provide an Electrical Safety Certificate upon completion. ​Quote should be all-inclusive (labor, call-out fee, and the cost of the new Warm White LED fitting).
