I require someone to do some troubleshooting as to the reason why the connection to the internet through the Nbn is not working (they are using a 4g temp connection atm) as Telstra and Nbn are both not the best at providing solutions which is extremely frustrating so an experienced IT Technician would be most suitable for this job as Telstra techs came out and they are blaming the Nbn and Nbn is blaming Telstra. Identify fault, get system back up and running again ensuring, or I, tv boxes and Sonos are all working correctly.
