Replace two kitchen exciting pendant lights with new lights I purchased (see images). I’d also like the new pendants to be separated from the existing kitchen downlights (all on the one light switch), with one new dimmer light switch. So the end result will be pendants installed, operating on a different light switch to the existing kitchen downlights. Pendants are supplied and ready however I’ll need you to bring the dimmer light switch with suitable attachments for led globe dimming (white; to match existing light switch shown in image) - or tell me what to buy.

One ceiling fan to be replaced with a new fan purchased. The fan speed setting stopped working a while ago, and removed the control from another fan and replaced, but still did not work. So will also require the control box returned to the other fan. Hope this makes some sence? The photo is the existing fan, the new fan is similar. The existing fan has been discontinued.
