I have a gentrax gtx3500 inverter generator. Its brand new and i cant start it. I have been in contact with the supplier and they are sending me a bunch of directions. But i dont know what a spark plug is or carburetor or how to empty fuel lines? I just conected the battery but may have done it wrong. The instructions and manual are going over my head. I would like someone to get it started and show me how.

The brackets will not need to be supplied, however any other supplies required will need to be supplied. 2) Needing a external 10amp double power point replaced and an extra 10amp double power point installed next to it. The supplying of the actual power points will not be required, however any other supplies required will need to be supplied.
