Our house build at Newport is nearly complete and we should move in end of August. We are going to need a lot of electrical work done and just a quick summary as follows: 1) 3 ceiling fans to be changed 2) Electricity from meter box down to the pontoon and then light and power connected to the pontoon 3) Exterior lights to be installed 4) Camera system to be installed 5) Alarm system to be installed 6) External power point 7) Internal power points 8) Hot water service timer 9) Connect electricity to the pool for pool lights and pool equipment 10) TV points. Reconnect aircon split piping, regass and test. We are renovating. I cut the refrigerant pipes on a split, crimped the pipes and taped them up after the gas bled out. Now I want to Reconnecting the cut copper refrigerant pipes. There is sufficient piping left on the split to reconnect. Will require brazing new connectors on to reconnect to the split. It will be installed in place prior to the repair. The system will require Pressure testing with dry nitrogen afterwards to check for leaks. Evacuating the system with a vacuum pump to remove air and moisture. Recharging (regassing) the system with the correct type and amount of refrigerant specified by the manufacturer. Testing the unit to ensure correct operating pressures and temperatures. this work must be carried out by a licensed refrigeration and air conditioning technician because handling refrigerants is regulated I'll add some pics later
