Sanding timber decks and stairs - Front porch is about 2.25m x 4.9m. Back porch is about 2m x 2.15m. While I have put in a budget for this, happy to negotiate (reasonably) as I have no concept of what is appropriate for a task like this.

See photo titles “6 Stairs” I will be wanting the angle of this stair changed as the stairs are too shallow and cause tripping, so I imagine one less tread, slightly steeper angle of stringers, plus the the base of the stringers to be on concrete pads to avoid rotting. Both stringers anjd all treads need to be removed and replaced with completely new treated pine timber.
