Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

The deck is in very good condition I just like to get it recoated to keep it looking new forever. It’s on a rental property of mine and the tenants have said that Fridays suit best for workers and trades people to come through for any jobs. The deck is about three or 4m by 4m in width. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 2 February 2024
