Indian Cook Needed – Weekly Meal Preparation (1x per Week) Description: Hi! I’m looking for an experienced Indian cook to prepare home-style meals once a week for a small household. We prefer fresh, simple, and healthy Indian food (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options if possible). The cook will prepare meals that can last a few days and be stored/reheated. We need someone to come and help prepare lots of Asian and Korean style banchan and vegetarian dishes. Here and then we will include meat. We don’t need MSG and focus on cleanliness (for example vegetables must be cleaned thoroughly and all counters wiped before and after prep). We would be happy to do all the shopping - you just need to tell us what we can get and make a menu. Specific vegetables from Asian stores can be purchased by you and we will reimburse upon receipt. Some dishes need to be soy free. No dairy in all dishes. We are looking for a long-term weekly arrangement if things work out. Each week, you can come in for 2 hours to start.
