Also the food must NOT be spicy, as there are children and elderly people that cannot take spicy, oily or sodium-rich food. Traditional Gujarati healthy vegetarian food is ideal. NOTE: The first 2-3 times, the cook can come to the house to prepare the meals and clean-up afterwards, however, after that, they may prepare the meals beforehand and just deliver them.
