I'm looking for someone to assist with healthy weekly meal prep for: - 1 person (adult) - Around 7 - 10 meals per week (at this stage, but could be more in the future) - Open to any type of food (ideally not something too spicy) - Delivery options are preferred but can be flexible. - Budget is flexible

We are looking for someone to assist with healthy meal prep for two adults on a regular basis. Ideally we would get a mixture of freezable options plus fresh protein and sides that can be used across dinners primarily, and some lunches. Focus should be on high protein and veg content. I would love to hear from people to explain scenarios that work well and how you quote for something like this? I feel like it might be easiest for us to buy ingredients and build a menu, and then pay by the hour for preparation? But happy to hear other ways of working.

Bulk meal prep 3 meals (approx 5 serves per meal). All recipes supplied (all very basic and simple). Happy to provide the groceries myself or for you to buy them (and reimburse cost of groceries + cost for time shopping). Client is autistic with specific food preferences/ sensitivities so attention to detail is important. If a good fit, looking to make this a weekly occurrence. Meals need to be prepared in the home, but you will have exclusive / private access to the fully equipped kitchen and you’re welcome to bring any of your own utensils!
