We have router that is inconsistent and we need it to be fixed or replaced and the new one installed

We got a new modem and can’t seem to figure out how to change it over.

Help me to fix the NBNCo (Internode) internet for a renter in our apartment. NBNCo has been performing emergency work which has affected the internet, but the renter cannot get it restarted and needs help. It would involve going to the property, having a look at the router & modem (possibly restarting), calling me on the phone to troubleshoot at the same time. Must bring a phone & laptop to connect to the internet so we can check it's working while on the phone. Air Tasker should be someone with some IT experience and ability to deal with internet issues. Job should take 30 mins, no more than 1hr max.

Have an eero router, origin broadband Have had various issues and just returned from a month away working to red light that I can’t troubleshoot.

I have 2 modems one of which stopped working. Telstra accidentally sent me a spare modem for my business address and I want to connect this up at home

Optimise our internet (provider if necessary) connections & routers. Its currently too slow and unreliable. TV/movies take time to load in the evening especially. Lots of old technology/wiring (house is 18 years old) that needs either removing, to be reorganised. Its a mess.

A new modem and repeater station but it’s not configured properly to reach the upstairs office. Need someone to check the set up and optimise the network strength throughout the house

I have been unable to connect my Telstra modem to the 5G network. We have been communicating with Telstra and have been unable to fix it from their end. We have been connected to the 5G before with another carrier but since changing to Telstra we have been unable to connect.

Need help to connect deco modem to nbn internet

Hi there, I have recently moved into a new unit and have created a wifi account. The place comes with nbn and a modem, however, I don’t know how to configure it to match my new account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

1. Wifi is working but connection by LAN cable is not working. 2. Diagnose and fix issue to restore physical connection between router and printer.

Bought a new router/modem for my white nbn box and home wifi, need assistance connecting it and an extender to the internet .

I am wanting to hardwire my Samsung TV & laptop directly to the WIFI router so I can keep the WIFI off. Need to check that Ihave the correct cords etc first so we may need a video call.

I have partially configured a Ubiquity Edge Router 4, however, when I plug it into my home NBN network the internet does not work. I'd like someone to config the router and plug in into my network. My home set up includes NBN box, Synology NAS and a patch panel (I think I've used the correct terminology). I currently have a Netgear wireless router plugged in.

This a home security cctv i had set up at my old place i had someone fix it up for me. I need someone to come and get them working again as im goung away very soon I also need somone to add privacy settings to the router and sweep through 3 devices to ensure its secure. I need a Modem picked up from the Good Guys Moore Park (I have ordered and paid for it online). Take Modem to my Airbnb apartment in Potts Point. Unpack, plug in insert sim/set up Modem for Mobile Broadband. I have ordered the Mobile Broadband online from "Tangerine" and will provide you all the details, passcode etc. There are Airbnb guests staying in the apartment. Keys are available to pick up from the letterbox at the apartment. Need to be done during the day, tomorrow. Wed 13th March.

My internet keeps dropping out or failing to connect. My netgear router is in the loungeroom of a small 2 bedroom apartment, connected to Apple aiport extreme. My computers (mac studio and imac) are close by, in the office, with another airport extreme. I am currently hotspotting from my phone. I have constant issues with NBN speed and drop outs and as I have the primo service I'd like it fixed so it actually works.
