NBN have not acknowledged intermittent packet loss as an issue, however it disrupts my meetings regularly. All internal tested, previous NBN tech re terminated everything. Last thing left is reterminating the HFC tap on the pole on the street and maybe switching the port

I have a walking pad that I want my cat to be able to use but at the moment it starts at 1. I would like it changed so it can start at least at .5 so it is slower for him. It is an Everfit pink walking pad. I know it can be done because when the pad slows down it goes .8 .6 .4 .2 but when it starts up it begins at 1. I do not want the pad to go faster just start at a slower speed. If you can't make it in person and you walk me through it, online, I am happy with that.

Our store already have a cable tray so all we need is someone with a ladder that can reach 2 to 3 meters high to pass the fiber cable and fix it with cable tiles. The cable will be provided.
