Satnam or Raj as he prefers to be known was great and I certainly recommend him to others who have some home IT issues. Raj was punctual in arriving to complete my tasks and was very responsive as he tried to juggle our respective calendars so as to organise a time to visit our home. All the network issues I threw at Raj he was able to quickly resolve and show my family what we needed to do going forward. As I mentioned I certainly recommend Raj and I am already thinking of getting him back to work on making my NAS system more user friendly. Thanks Raj

We have Vodafone NBN which uses both a LAN network and Wifi. Wifi is a Nighthawk Dual band Wifi 6 Mesh with 2 satellites. Problems are quite regular Wifi drop out, drop out problems with LAN/Ethernet and intermittent printing problems to a Epson Ecotank. I have a Wacom Cintiq Pro 27’ Display that is currently not working. The power and setting symbols work, the computer recognises the Cintiq and the pen but the screen remains black. The computer does not pick up the cintiq as display/monitor either. I have tried plugging the cintiq into another computer with new cables and it still won’t work. The cintiq has been kept in a safe ergo arm since I bought it new and it has not been dropped. Does anyone in Sydney repairs Cintiq? Happy to come to you and negotiate on the price as long as it’s fixed and works.
