I’ve just moved into an apartment and need advice about how to set up my home network and connect to NBN. I work from home with my flatmate so the solution needs to allow for concurrent video conferencing. We currently have no network equipment. We have recently moved into a new house which has a fairly extensive network setup, I need someone to get us up and running & provide a walkthrough on how everything works.

Help with setting up home network with new wireless wifi router and satellite. Masks will be worn and our household is COVID safe (we tested negative 13 July 2021)

My Synology DS1817+ can currently only be accessed from my MacBook Air via; ethernet --> thunderbolt booster box --> laptop Additionally, when the server is in use (via my thunderbolt portal), my Wifi doesn't work! I use this server for editing and archiving media projects. I need its network settings reconfigured so that it it MUCH easier to log on and off for NEW and CASUAL USERS (currently not possible) + so that my laptop Wifi remains ACTIVE while I am plugged into the server N.B. This server is currently located in Leichhardt (I am working from home) and I need a QUICK FIX. Further to this job, I would be open to networking it to my office once we're all back at work. I'm happy to make the server available on the porch of my house for a zero contact service. Thank you!

Help me get my NBN service working reliably throughout the house.

My flat has a 15? years old Cat6 ethernet cable network. After my flat suffered water damage, I would like to get professional analyzer to test its network performance. I need to decide whether the ethernet network has degraded and requiring replacement. Date can be a little flexible.

Just swapped out Optus cable for NBN by necessity. New access point is in a different part of house so need to reconfigure and confirm possibilities with existing hard wired network. Also want to simplify/minimise WiFi networks (including Sonos system and Netgear Orbi mesh network) and optimise. Preferably can test cables to confirm what runs where.

We have fibre to the building with a terrible stock standard router, we have purchased a new router to use A layer two system from the original router to our new one. We desperately need someone to set this up for us

I have the nbn, a Dodo modem and an Asus Router. I need to configure my home wifi network so that my TV is linked to my ASUS router that accesses my VPN to get US Netflix while my other devices are funnelled through the Dodo modem wifi.
