Hello, I'm looking for an IT expert with experience in enterprise-level device management to help solve a complex and persistent issue with my personal Apple devices (MacBook and MacStudio). The problem seems to originate from a former home business that used enterprise tools, and I now need help to properly clean everything up. The Situation: The issue involves a mix of platforms: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (including Intune), and likely Apple Business Manager (ABM). My devices seem to be stuck in a "managed" state, even after multiple fresh OS installs by the Apple Genius Bar. This causes unusual behaviour and the feeling that the devices are being remotely controlled. The goal is to properly decommission all old services and release my hardware from any MDM or ABM enrollments so they are clean and fully under my personal control.
