My hardrive wasn't able to be saved but he was able to transfer my needed files to my external hardrive, reformat my Macbook and guide me with the set up. Any Mac doctors that can urgently help me? I did a hard shutdown and it's created a software issue - the progress bar on startup stops at 80% and safe mode freezes. I need my computer this weekend and most repair shops are either closed or not open tomorrow 💔
