Need a general handy person. Help me to fix the internet for a renter. Job should take approx 30min - 1hr max. It would involve going to the property, having a look at the router & modem, calling me on the phone to troubleshoot at the same time. Must bring a phone & laptop to connect to the internet so we can check it’s working while on the phone. Property is a rental, you will gain access via a key & lockbox. Note: person does not need to be IT professional or technical. We will be on the phone to tech support, you are just the hands of the operation.

Help me to fix the NBNCo (Internode) internet for a renter in our apartment. NBNCo has been performing emergency work which has affected the internet, but the renter cannot get it restarted and needs help. Internet is not working in any of the rooms. It’s Only working in the living room where the modem is. I called the internet provider and said there’s nothing that can be done but I’m pretty sure there is. I need someone that can help me fix this as I have daily meetings and it’s a problem.

I accidentally reset the Deco master that was connected to my landlord’s Deco app. He’s overseas and I can’t seem to get it back running. I am in desperate need to help from someone who is familiar with connecting Deco master, Nbn box and modem!

Optimise our internet (provider if necessary) connections & routers. Its currently too slow and unreliable. TV/movies take time to load in the evening especially. Lots of old technology/wiring (house is 18 years old) that needs either removing, to be reorganised. Its a mess.

Need to connect Dodo modem and NBN to set up home internet

i have an Aussie Broadband cable internet at my house (NBN fiber to the home). I use Google Home to manage my devices, I have 5 different devices (1 router, four points); and I also have a Google nest doorbell camera; and three other cameras connected to the system. Recently (last few days) the internet has been intermittently dropping out. Sometimes one or two of the google home wifi points goes offline; occasionally all the cameras go offline. Every time i run a 'speed test' or 'mesh test' for the network, it seems fine. but then it keeps dropping intermittnetly. I would like someone to 1) diagnose the problem (either at the Aussie broadband level or with my Google home setup, somehow); and 2) fix the problem. i imagine, for a tech savvy person, this is <1 hour work, perhaps even much less. thank you.

Need to find internet/wifi solution for 3 storey office. Currently have Google mesh but it isn't very effective.

Bought a new router/modem for my white nbn box and home wifi, need assistance connecting it and an extender to the internet .

We are on TPG fast internet. Downstairs we are getting 100 mps +. The house is three stories with concrete floors, meaning the internet on the top floors is poor. I am unsure if we need to replace the routers or if there is a better solution. I am happy to get new hardware, but I would need advice and installation. I work from home so good internet signal is important to me.
