The nbn cables in my apartment started to fall from the ceiling. They were originally fixed using adhesives. I want them to be fixed mechanically (with screws or something similar…) and to remove the adhesive and make them look good.

Recently I moved in a new place where there is no hand over from the former owner. Current setup: NBN HFC Modem is installed in the lounge with Netcomm router and a switch. The internet connection is working OK. But I have no clue about cabling along/behind the dry walls around the house. There are data points (RJ45 jacks) on the walls. See the attached pictures - in the Lounge and one bedroom the ground floor; - in two bedrooms on the 1st floor. Scope of works: A qualified and licensed data cabler or home Internet specialist is required to provide the following: -> Job 1: Test and fix connections between the router/switch & on-wall jacks/ports in the lounge to the those in the bedrooms. Please provide a fixed quote for Job 1. Material bills will be reimbursed. -> Job 2: Extension to other rooms to be assessed and quoted once Job 1 is done.

My MacBook Pro keeps dropping off the internet after connecting for a few minutes. Up until yesterday I was using a shared service with my landlord who lives in the house in front. I had a new NBN connection put in yesterday. My phones and TV connect fine but my MacBook Pro keeps dropping out after a few minutes. I tried the old network I was using and it connects fine and doesn’t drop out.

need a licensed data cabler to run a hardwired internet connection from my living room into my bedroom so I can have internet in both rooms. I already have an active NBN connection point in my living room. I want to keep that exactly where it is, but have a secondary data line run from that living room area into my bedroom, ending in a standard internet wall socket. The rooms is about 30 feet apart. The ideal route is running a data cable through the roof space. However, the indoor air conditioner unit appears to be blocking the roof access path above the wall. Possibly inspect the path around the air conditioner and advice on the best route for the cable. I have NBN connected and working. But its not connected to my house ethernet cabling. Need some to connect the loose ethernet cable to my nbn box so i can start using the socket in my house.

Draw hdmi cables. I have existing hdmi cables of short length. Have to redraw 8 x hdmi cables with longer length 20m replacing shorter length of 10m. Currently placed on conduits in false ceiling.

I moved to a new apartment and the Ethernet ports in the rooms are not working. Need to activate 3 ports. The Ethernet works when I connect directly my laptop to router, but no port in room seems to be activated.
