Weve had some issues with our NBN. The internet has been dropping out for a few minutes at a time 5-10 times a day. Its now dropped out completely and wont come back on. I am working from home. Even with a good 100 mpbs download speed plan, I can't achieve a satisfactory internet connection and speed in every room (5 rooms) of a 2 storeyed townhouse. We are a family of 10 users (~6 active users during office hours and 10 users after office hours) I have tried wifi extenders and wifi mesh technology to get the result but failed. We needed to fix this problem either by finding the correct location for the router or shift the nbn connection from the provider to a suitable location in the house to solve the problem.
