2 in 1 laptop screen replacement needed

Have 2 x Dahau NVR systems, both connected via DMSS, work when on same Wifi to view on phone app but don't work on mobile network. Works on different network but not on Optus. System says Connection failed/login timeout. Have reset and reinstalled all apps, have changed sim, have spent a day on phone to Optus tech who reset our network and ran all sorts of checks.
