I have been attempting to do a local backup on my macbook first, however the backup is not working properly. I have approx 41k emails, am running out of time to backup and can't afford to lose them. Hello, I'm looking into getting WiFi via byo modem and then connecting to a plan but I need to know what router to get first. I'm looking for advice only ATM as to which modem I can use , I have an nbn box from previous Internet but not sure what modem I need, nbn available at my address is hfc. I don't want to spend a lot on the router but aiming for a plan of 250 dl and 23 upload as I want to use it for gaming. Dual band? Mesh? I will likely need a router with long range or extender or mesh as it will need to reach outside but not sure on square footage of my home. Pics and advice would be appreciated. Once I know what to buy I can then hire someone to help me install. I'd like it done asap as I need wifi.

I need Zapier to act as a bridge between ChatGPT and Apple Mail (Mac Mail) so that I can automate tasks like drafting replies, summarising emails, or generating templated responses directly within my email workflow. Ideally, I want a setup where an incoming email triggers Zapier, which sends the content to ChatGPT for processing (e.g. drafting a reply), and then Zapier returns the response back into Apple Mail ready for review or sending.

Have converted from Windows 10 to Windows 11. My Word templates remain on my system, and I have access to styles, but not to macros. I have made the changes to Trust Centre to enable. I have copied my templates to the appropriate directories, but nothing gives me my macros or keyboard shortcuts.

Hey folks. I've somehow cooked my gaming / media PC. Running Windows 11, had a crash and tried booting into offline safe mode and now absolutely nothing works, no recovery options work, resetting PC just has an error and everytime I restart it re-disgnoses issues and says "startup repair couldn't repair your PC" I'm pretty sure it's potentially stuck in an offline state (thanks windows 11) and I've just made it worse lol. My only other thought is maybe a hard reinstall with physical media or USB via BIOS, but that's all out of my wheelhouse. Tldr. I need someone to assist in completely factory resetting my PC, I'm fine with losing everything as well, but if you can figure it out so I don't lose everything - that's cool too ❤️

Airtasker Hi yesterday I finished up at work and I have a spare old laptop that I want to reconfigure as my personal one. To access that, I need my work username and ID but I need to be able to void that and go through a different system if you can help me with that. In the meantime , we don’t have Internet at the home but I can use my phone to hotspot for data to use my laptop, I’ve done that problem for quite a long time now. However today this won’t workwork. I wonder if it’s because of the work finishing situation or something else you can help with. Additionally, we have Internet in the home but something is wrong with it and I can’t seem to tap, if you could have a look at the motor and check that it’s plugged in. Pretty easy tasks really and we have off-street parking. I’m now unemployed and I’ve put down a smaller task price but we can amend it as things progress because if it’s really easy that’s all a fair price but if it’s more complicated we can increase it of course . I have an old Apple iMac 21.5” late 2012. 8Gb Ram and 1TB storage. I am trying to restore the computer (for sale) but I keep getting an error message ‘the target volume is part of incomplete system and can not be installed to’. When I try and erase the disk in Disk Utility, it comes up with the following error: ‘unmounting disk, couldn’t open device’ (-69877)
